Refund policy
Returns We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
To start a return, email us at josephmanagte962@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 1–2 business days.
Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned:
- Items damaged due to misuse or negligence
- Items without original packaging
- Digital products or software
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges If you received a damaged or defective item, contact us at josephmanagte962@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll arrange a replacement.
Shipping Costs for Returns Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
